1. Data controller
The controller of the data collected through this site is the owner identified in the legal notice.
2. Purposes
We process the data you provide through the contact form for the sole purpose of handling your request and, where applicable, sending you a commercial proposal.
3. Legal basis
The legal basis is your consent when submitting the form (art. 6.1.a GDPR) and the legitimate interest in responding to your request (art. 6.1.f GDPR).
4. Retention periods
We keep your data for the duration of the relationship and, after it ends, for the legal limitation periods for liability. It is then deleted.
5. Rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to the data protection contact address. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish DPA (AEPD).
6. International transfers
For email delivery we use the provider Resend (United States). Such transfers are covered by standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
7. Cookies
Cookie use is detailed in the cookie policy. The site currently uses no analytics or marketing cookies without your consent.
